If you order flowers for someone else, we will use their name and address only to deliver them. Please make sure they would be happy for you to share these details with us.
How and why we use it
UK data protection law requires us to have a lawful reason for each use of your information.
| What we use it for | Our lawful reason |

We will never sell your information, and we will not send you marketing unless you have asked to receive it.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with trusted companies that help us run the business, and only what they need to do their job.
- Website hosting: our hosting provider, which hosts our website and stores enquiries and orders made through it.
- Website maintenance: the company that builds and looks after our website, which may see enquiries or orders while maintaining it.
- Email: our email provider, which runs our email service.
- Payments: our payment provider, which processes online payments securely.
- Funeral directors: when you order funeral flowers, we may share the necessary details with the funeral director arranging the service, so your flowers arrive at the right place and time.
- Our accountant: for keeping financial records.
These companies may only use your information on our instructions. We may also share information if the law requires it.

Cookies
Cookies are small files saved on your device when you visit a website. We use as few as possible, mainly to keep the website secure and make features like the shopping basket work. You can find full details of the cookies we use, and change your preferences at any time, on our Cookie Policy page.
Keeping your information safe
We take sensible steps to protect your information. Our website uses a secure connection (the padlock in your browser), access to enquiries and orders is limited to those who need it, and the website is kept up to date and backed up regularly.
Some of the companies we use, such as our website host and email provider, may store information on servers outside the UK. Where this happens, they use safeguards approved under UK data protection law to keep it protected.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
- ask us to correct anything that is wrong
- ask us to delete your information, where we no longer need to keep it
- object to, or ask us to limit, how we use it
- withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on it
- ask us to pass your information to another organisation, where this applies
To use any of these rights, contact us using the details at the top of this page. There is no charge, and we will reply within one month.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we open our online shop. The latest version will always be on this page.
